These terms explain what Steady provides, what a purchase includes, and the limits of this digital self-help service.
About Steady
Steady is an English-language digital self-help application for people navigating a breakup. It provides an assessment, personalized guidance, reflection exercises, a 30-day recovery plan, and Situation Tools.
The assessment, personalized results, and interactive Day 1 experience are available without payment. A paid purchase unlocks the complete 30-day program and all Situation Tools.
Price and access
Access to the full Steady program costs $39 USD as a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.
After Stripe confirms a successful payment, Steady activates access to the paid program. Access is delivered through the browser used for the purchase. Purchase recovery for another browser or device is not yet available, so please keep your purchase confirmation and contact support if you have an access problem.
Important limits
Steady is educational and self-guided. It is not therapy, medical treatment, mental-health care, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Steady does not promise reconciliation, contact from another person, a particular relationship outcome, or a particular emotional result. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
Using the service responsibly
You are responsible for your decisions and for using the guidance in a way that respects other people's boundaries and applicable laws. The content is for your personal use. Do not copy, resell, distribute, or present it as professional advice.
You need a compatible device, browser, and internet connection to use the service. We may make reasonable technical updates to keep Steady working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies, or withdrawal rights that apply to you. Rules for digital content and digital services can differ by country and by the way access begins. See the Refund Policy for further information and contact support if you need help with a payment or access issue.
Seller information
