One-time digital purchase

Steady is a digital self-help product. The full 30-day program and Situation Tools are available for a one-time payment of $39 USD. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.

No additional voluntary guarantee

Steady does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. This does not limit any mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, statutory remedies, or other protections that apply to you.

Digital content and consumer rights

Consumer rules for digital content and digital services vary by country. In the EU and EEA, a withdrawal right may apply to distance purchases. Exceptions can apply when digital content or services begin immediately, but only when the legal requirements for express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation are met. Steady does not state that all withdrawal rights disappear on payment.

If you believe you have a statutory right to withdraw, receive a remedy, or challenge a payment, contact support. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.

Payment and access issues

Contact support if you experience a duplicate payment, a failed or incomplete checkout, missing paid access, or a technical problem. Include only the information needed to identify the payment, such as the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt or payment reference. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email.
